Monday!! When out on the St there arose such a clatter, I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter and thats when I realized that Monday was here and I forgot to take out the trash like the rest of the year. So I ran outside in such a hurry in the blustery wind and snow flurry's with my Pj's all snowy and Cold I walked back inside and felt I am getting old. LOL ( I still Love Mondays)

Lori Obert 1 hr ago
AURORA - If you drive in Aurora, get ready to see more police officers on the road.
The Aurora Police Department was awarded a $50,000 grant from the Colorado Department of Transportation to address speeding problems.
Starting Monday, the grant will put more officers on the roads who will be issuing tickets to speeders along Interstate 225 and Interstate 70. The department says highways tend to be the most dangerous roads.
"One of the things that drew our attention to the highways. We have a disproportionate number of injury accidents here. Sometimes speeds get very high and put all motorists at risk," Det. Robert Friel said.
Officers were mostly issuing warnings Monday. But the grace period won't last long. They'll begin issuing tickets to speeders on Tuesday.

I am not sure why anyone would think renting is better then buying regardless of the market going up or down. Rent= Paying a different owner to live, Owning= Paying yourself to live. Hmmm. LOL
10 Reasons To Buy a Home - Enough with the doom and gloom about homeownership. When Time magazine starts running covers that declare "Owning a home may no longer make economic sense," it's time to say: Enough is enough. So here are 10 reasons to buy a home:
1. You can get a good deal.
2. Mortgages are cheap.
3. You'll save on taxes. You can deduct the mortgage interest from your income taxes. You can deduct your real estate taxes. And you'll get a tax break on capital gains–if any–when you sell.
4. It'll be yours. You can have the kitchen and bathrooms you want. You can move the walls, build an extension – zoning permitted – or paint everything bright orange.
5. You'll get a better home. In many parts of the country it can be really hard to find a good rental. All the best places are sold as condos.

Theory
Let me first start by explanation of my limited education. I have a High School Diploma and 1 Semester from a community college in Automotive. I also have a Real Estate License which requires continued Education and other classes to obtain.
I have been trying to figure out why people in General are so against things in life and our surroundings. I see people argue and fight over political issues, faith and attitude but it seems in general we are all travailing through the same space and time weather we like it or not. I dont intend this Blog to create much interest in Physics or Faith but I think everyone can appreciate the very close relationships held within both. I have found that a majority of Religions all have some very simple things to keep in mind and one of those things is "Ask and you shall receive" People pray, they pray to many different Gods but in the End they almost all Pray or Meditate to gain a spiritual understanding or sometimes in selfish areas people ask for what they want. Strange that most of these people look at science as a "waste of time"? They all agree with the things that science proves but when it is just a Theory they dispute it! Gravity did not exist until it was proven and now is is a common knowledge that that is the force that draws things to the Earth.
There are many things that can not be proven, or can they? People believe what they want and they make decisions based upon educated guess's or Theory's that they put together weather they have a Scientific Backing or a Fath. Everyone knows that if I got in my car and drove 60mph for 1 hour I would have travelled a distance of 60 mile's but what if the car was with in the gravity of the sun at 60Mph? and what if you were watching that car move from the moon? the great majority of our knowledge is only useful on Earth and why would it need to be any different? People are surrounded by holding themselves back from potential because they have no need to know anything different. Much like a hamster in a cage, if it ran on the floor outside its cage how far could it go in 1 hour? Makes no difference to the hamster because it is locked in its cage.
God, The majority of people will agree that the universe came from something? Or did it? and if so who made it and why? There may be ways to find this out, I guess the fastest way would be to put a gun in your mouth and ask God himself. Being as this would be much like the Hamster not needing to get out of his cage we may not know what people are capable of within the confines of our cage and the argument would remain "why need to leave the cage?" I think as a population this is our greatest set back. 100 Years ago our population was making new discovery's and all sorts of great things happened from 1900-2000. In the past 10 years we have not made the great progressions that were possible with the technology we have created (or was given to us by God for the people of Faith) Whats Holding us back? We are holding us back! So on that note Please Make 2010 the year you find out what makes you!
